how do we book?                                   

1 Firstly to check availability for your rugby tour, please complete the following form and send to us it by clicking on the Submit Form button below. Once we receive your booking form, we check your dates for availability and confirm your tour provisionaly.

Please note that you are under no obligation to proceed with your tour by sending us the booking form. The booking form just makes it easier for us to calculate your tour cost and apply discounts and free places.

2 We then send you your proposed tour itinerary and total cost breakdown showing discounts and free places where applicable. Only when you are happy with your tour and want to secure your booking, should you contact us.

3 Having contacted us when you are satisfied with your proposed tour itinerary, a reservation deposit of £20 GBP per paying person is required.

4 At least ten weeks prior to your departure date a tour deposit of £130 GBP is payable. All payments to iTS are to be paid by 'electronic same day bank transfer' to our UK bank, HSBC. The deposits are then deducted from your tour price. The balance is required by the same payment method no later than four weeks prior to the departure date.
